4. Coach Qualifications and Responsibilities
Coaches using the Movofit platform must:

- Honor scheduled sessions and commitments
- Stay within their scope of practice and qualifications
Note: Movofit does not directly employ coaches. Coaches are independent contractors responsible for their own professional standards and insurance.
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1 Payment Processing

- Prices are displayed in your local currency where applicable
- Payment is required before accessing premium features or programs
- Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled
5.2 Refund Policy
